Why Audio?Green Light Reflex
An introduction to the Green Light Reflex â the chronic contraction of the back muscles caused by the constant "go, do, act" response of modern life. Through somatic pandiculations we release the over-worked muscles of the back and learn to stand with ease again.
Red Light Reflex
An introduction to the Red Light Reflex â the chronic contraction of the front of the body (abdominals, chest, shoulders) caused by the startle and withdrawal response. Through somatic pandiculations we release the held tension and restore freedom of breath and posture.
Trauma Reflex (One-Sided Asymmetry)
An introduction to the Trauma Reflex â the asymmetric pattern of contraction the body adopts after one-sided injury, surgery, or habitual use. Through somatic movement we restore symmetry and balanced posture.
