About This Class
An introduction to the Red Light Reflex — the chronic contraction of the front of the body (abdominals, chest, shoulders) caused by the startle and withdrawal response. Through somatic pandiculations we release the held tension and restore freedom of breath and posture.
Before You Begin
- •Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can lie down
- •Use a yoga mat or soft carpet
